양천구 목동에 위치한 35년된 신시가지아파트 11단지 전체 리모델링을 통해 기본적으로 노후된 디테일들을 교체하고 심플하면서 깔끔한 유행하는 스타일로 변신하는 것이 이번 프로젝트의 컨셉이다.

2~3인 가족에 적합한 22평형 비확장 아파트 구조로 최대한 넓고 환해 보이기 위해 화이트 톤으로 컬러를 통일하고 바닥재와 타일의 잔잔한 마블 무늬를 통해 밋밋한 연출을 피했다. 2개의 침실과 거실, 그리고 부엌까지 바닥의 경계 없이 모두 마블 타일 패턴의 장판으로 고급스러운 마감재 효과와 시선의 확정 효과를 주었다.

Over 35 years old 11th residential block ocated in Mok-dong renewed completedly. Making the flat overall renewed and neat with modern and trendy details was the key goal of this project.

It has very popular size and floor plan for 2-3 persons family. 2 bedrooms are floored by marble tile patterned linolium in white as well as living room and kitchen, so there is no boarder to each rooms, in order to make them bigger and hormogenic. Walls papered and doors painted in patterned white so they don’t look boring and have dynamic.
